My Mission
My mission is to use humor, improvisation, storytelling, music and my own life experiences to help people discover their confidence, trust their instincts, find their voice and connect more authentically with one another.
Our Vision
Our vision is a world where people stop allowing fear, self-doubt, labels and other people’s expectations to determine what they believe they can do.
I want people—especially young people—to recognize what makes them different may be their superpower,
and that they are perfect just the way they are. They will
trust the abilities they already have, find the courage to use their voice and discover their own version of success and happiness.
If I can ignite that belief in someone—and they pass it on to somebody else, we can create happiness
...and more smiles on faces.

For over a quarter century, Adam has worked professionally across the worlds of entertainment, comedy, writing, producing, and business

He has spent his life making people laugh and listen. Along the way, he discovered that the same skills that make great performers—confidence, creativity, adaptability, communication, presence, and the ability to think on your feet—can help all of us navigate life a little better.
Today, Adam puts those lessons to work helping others overcome self-doubt, trust their instincts, Say YES…And…, ask for what they want, find their voice, and connect more authentically through humor and improvisational thinking.
The result? People become more confident, creative, connected, and willing to take chances. They learn to embrace what makes them different, get more comfortable in their own skin, smile more often, and discover that they already possess many of the tools they’ve been searching for.
Adam has spent his life putting smiles on faces. Now he helps others do the same.
